I would say that a contest would give us more active members.

I have a prize here: Full website template for a non-CMS-system.

Which means you can have a design from me if you win - I am professional with that. Furthermore there is an offer attached to the grand prize. For USD 25 you can have a Wordpress-installation with your design - and you would get full rights over it.

But there should be some.. obstacles to win. Like.. the person who invites most new members to the forum? They should put their referral in they welcome-post.
