Since there's a dropping interest in SD at the moment, time is to do something. I call for action.

Jay, you REALLY have to do something about the amount of boards. When I posted my website, I didn't even know where to correctly put it. LESS is MORE. Always when it comes to UI.

We also need to do some marketing, but noone really replied to my effort. We will have to wait a bit more till the board structure is finished.

Right now I have been trying to find a graphic designer for my Wrestling forum as we are having a new template.

Sure. Members ARE attracted to userinterface. I am sure that when the clutter is "cleaned" more users will stay. We can eventually launch a contest - let me do that when time is?
