• If you are currently seeking a staff position with Shadow Designs, then please follow all of the rules & regulations. Check that you have met all requirements to apply for a group under the staff position that you are applying for. Please make sure that you do actually meet our standards and requirements before you apply. Not meeting our requirements will get your application ignored and deleted from our database.

Staff Review

• All applicants who apply for a staff position, must go through an official 10 day review. We judge all members based on their activity and experience on what job they are applying for, because we want to make sure that we are getting a good quality member for our staff. Once an applicant is approved to join our staff, we will then send the applicant a PM welcoming them to the team. We expect all members who join our staff to remain active and do there job to the best of there ability. If they do not remain active or do there job, then the applicant will be removed from our staff and receive a PM on why they were removed.
  

Staff Postitions


Administrators


1. Must have a minimum of 2,000 posts to qualify.
2. You must not have any prior warnings.
3. You must be active (not by spamming).
4. You should have good knowledge in the area you will be moderating.
5. Must have prior administrator experience.

Forum Moderators

1. Must have a minimum of 100 posts to qualify.
2. You must not have any prior warnings.
3. You must be active (not by spamming).
4. You should have good knowledge in the area you will be moderating.
5 Must have prior moderator experience.

Design Moderators


1. Must have a minimum of 5 pieces of artwork to display.
2. You must not have any prior warnings.
3. You must be active (not by spamming).
4. You should have good knowledge of Adobe software.
5. Must have prior designing experience.

Coder


1. Must have a minimum of 3 pieces of coding to display.
2. You must not have any prior warnings.
3. You must be active (not by spamming).
4. You should have good knowledge of Dreamweaver, Flash.
5. Must have prior coding experience.


SOTW: Staff


1. Must have a minimum of 100 posts to qualify.
2. You must not have any prior warnings.
3. You must be active (not by spamming).
4. You should have good knowledge of Sig of The Week competitions.
5. Must have prior SOTW experience.

Shadow Designs Classification:


1. Must have a minimum of 150 posts to qualify.
2. You must not have any prior warnings.
3. You must be active (not by spamming).
4. You should have good knowledge in the area of design and critique.
5. Must have prior classification experience.
