I promoted April to design crew as she's been designing all the smiley's and mini profile icons and such. Plus we discussed the other day to bring her on

I think Staff wise we are ok now, anymore would be too much considering we only have a limited amount of active members.

Maybe when we grow with more members we can then think about adding more designers and staff but for time being we should be ok
