I have finished updating and colorizing Iced Over. This was UD's winter template temporarily until I came out with my Christmas template for 2010. The downloads have all of the graphics (including percentage bars), all of the necessary codes, a color listing and my instruction file. Enjoy!
This is very important. The smileys that I created for this template are .png files. That means that they are animated pngs instead of animated gifs. You MUST upload these to an image hosting service that allows animated png files, otherwise the smileys will NOT work. The only hosting service that I have found that will do this at this time is Image Shack. I do plan to make the .gif version of these some day, but for now, this is what I've got.
