So, I would like to run the idea by you first and see how we feel about it.. I have known scottcool for as long as I've been on PB(2004-or-2005). He's great coder, I know that he will have awesome coding ideas and he can help ALOT with my surprise for you all

I would like to know how you feel about adding him to our staff. As a coder of course. I know we have "enough" staff members at the moment, but I do think it would benefit us as a whole to have him on our team.

We can leave webmarren as is for when he's back. I know how it can be with school. I'm full time in college plus I now have the three kids. Fun stuff.

Yes he knows about position, I've not gotten an answer out him him about weather or not he wants the position, and as far as the coding goes, I need ideas for codes

nd maybe social media. like use facebook to add views. I mean if we get 10 random people to look at the forum then maybe none will hve design as a interest
but if we get 10 designers to look, maybe one will join

make a raw list, if just me or you try the list wil be biased. but if we get many to help we'll get a wide open list and then we can sort it and put it into action

so, how do we get him access to staff board with out him actually being a staff member so he can share his ideas with only us and not everyone else?
