Trying to shed a few. Cycling as much as I can and trying to cut back on eating by snacking on fruit for lunch, instead of having a real meal. Also going to start getting in an aerobics workout every day.

I have a wedding to get ready for so been trying to tone up myself and convert my muscle into fat although I know that is like something you dont say as you need to lose fat etc lol
Just been working my arms, 100 sit ups, some press ups, shoulders, abit of the back, side arms and now more triceps and as many bicep curls too

I'm hoping to lose a bit more weight, I just need a little bit more until I'm in the healthy weight range.
It's been a slow process for me. I started losing weight since 2007. I'll lose a bit of weight, be steady for like a year or so and then lose a bit more etc...
Since 2007 I've lost 20 kilos (44 pounds)

Im trying to lose a few pounds around my gut, but add some size to my arms and legs. Im in pretty decent shape but I wont be happy till its were i want it

Perfectly fine how I am now, weight wise. As far as fitness, last summer I was running 5-7 miles a day or every other day. Been lazy these last two weeks of summer, but I'm hoping to get back to that amount of running again this summer.

I think when your in your 20's you tend to think now is the time to get in shape, and I see a lot of university students attending gym's and talking about workout and stuff.

I think a lot of it has to do with a scare of getting out of shape/media image of beauty. The younger generations are more influenced my pop-culture and television. But hey, I'm in college and I think it's time to get in shape also.

Im going to the gym 3-5 times a week, sure to loose some weight from having my son in march, but also because its my way of taking out my anger and frustration about my daughter.
