As you have noticed my activity has disappeared and I believe I owe an explanation since I hope to come back as admin when I do return. Right now I'm using my phone to post this message it's been off for about two months. My computer is in the pawn shop until I can get it out. I am working again and I'm having spend a lot of money making repairs and upgrades on a house I am going to be moving into over the next two Months. I apologize for my absence but I will be coming back. You all also know I have a new baby so as you can understand I am extremely busy. I hope u guys are doing well and haven't forgotten me.

On top of all that I am at Musc's Children's Hospital because my two year old daughter started seizing on us last night. As of right now we really don't know why she is having seizures at all :-(

To start with, my daughter. She's two years old, they found that she has a birth defect in the brain called "the narrowing of the superior sagittal sinus" which basically is the main vein that runs from the front of your head to your spinal column it doesn't drain blood and spinal fluid correctly. She's had a stroke and hemmoraghing on the brain and behind her eyes since. She will have to have brain surgery just not sure when and she's out of the hospital right now got out this past wednesday) but not home with me.. All three of my children were taken by dss, bc the hospital thought the bleeding on the brain was caused by head trauma inflicted on her i go back to court on the 7th and hopefully they will all be home with me again.
It's still going to be a while before i get back because my computer is still in the pawn shop, there is so much going on right now inlcuding my fighting cancer. I do plan to return more regularly.

Amanda my heart is broken after hearing that! I dont know what to say other then I will be praying for you and your kids! I seriously hope your kid gets better and you get them all back. Your Co-admin spot will still be here so dont worry about anything, next time your on we will be celebrating and getting back to how things are.
Just concentrate on your kids and we are all here if you ever need to talk (if you can get access)

I'll be thinking of you tomorrow Amanda, as you said you go back to court, and praying that you get all three of your kids back. That is messed up that all of the crap happened and I wish there was something I could do to help. I know you would never let any of your kids get hurt like that, in any photo I've ever seen of them since knowing you, they've always looked incredibly happy. Praying that all goes well tomorrow and you can get back to us soon! -I need a hug smiley to insert here-  |
