I have a feeling this thread might of been inspired by me.. ;D I really don't. The summer I tend to go running a lot more, so hopefully I'll actually start working out more. During the winter though, I basically do very minimal exercise if I can help it. I'm mostly doing cardio stuff. My football days are over so no need for weights.

Hah, so far right now, alot of cycling is how I get my exercise! On the weekends, we've been riding about 20 miles combined (I'm hoping to increase that with each week)... then every night when the boyfriend gets home from work, we go out for at least a 6 mile ride. Of course, sometimes things come up though (such as last night when he had to go back to work and dragged me along with him to keep him awake while driving, since it's about an hour & 15 mins out) and we don't get to do that every night. But we try. I usually go out riding by myself the next day if we don't get to ride the night before.

I used to lift weights twice a day (when I played football) Then went to the army and found out what a pushup was Now I do light weight lifting and walking/running, truth be told the army and football took a beating on my body. gotta go to a chiropractor once a week.

Yep I do workout every day or every other day. I tend to just use Weights at home they are 40kg on either arm and I work on my biceps/triceps/shoulders/back and the side of my arms. A part from that I do some sit ups (as much as I can which isnt a lot most of the time) and press ups. As it happens I will be getting married in September so I am trying my hardest to look as good as I can (which means I need to get rid of me belly) lol
